We want you to love your purchase from Rally & Repeat! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept eligible returns.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rally & Repeat is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Customized jewelry and Charm Bar creations

• Personalized items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Gift cards

• Sale and clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@rallyandrepeat.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been processed.
