Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (0–5 lbs): $5.95

• Heavy Item Shipping (5+ lbs): $16.95

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on package size and destination.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Rally & Repeat is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
